What it is
Feasibility is where a project is won or lost. The single biggest risk is feedstock: is there enough sustainable, genuine-waste biomass, reliably, within an economic collection radius, across the year?
We quantify the resource, model how much durable carbon it can yield, and translate that into estimated credit volumes and unit economics. The output is a decision, not a brochure — a clear go / no-go with the assumptions exposed.

How much biomass do I need for a viable biochar project?
It depends on technology, biochar carbon content and target credit volume, so any number is an estimate. The more important questions are whether the biomass is sustainable genuine waste, secured year-round, and available within an economic collection radius — which the assessment quantifies for your case.
Which feedstocks qualify?
Sustainable, genuine-waste or surplus biomass — for example crop residues that would otherwise be burned, or agro-industrial by-products — generally qualify. Biomass that drives land-use change or diverts material from existing productive uses typically does not, and we screen for this up front.
What does a feasibility assessment cost and how long does it take?
Scope varies by project size and data availability, so we scope and quote per engagement. It is a small fraction of project capital and is designed to prevent far costlier mistakes downstream.
